  • Maintains communication with physicians, family members, Special Kids personnel, and/or all other support systems to ensure quality care for all patients
  • Possesses comprehensive knowledge and skill in current nursing practice
  • Works independently and effectively under pressure
  • Maintains strict professional ethics and maintains privacy and confidentiality of patients and their families at all times
  • Assist with patient care under the supervision of the nursing staff
  • Bachelor's of Science in Nursing or equivalent associates degree from an accredited school of nursing


  • Valid state licensure as a LPN or RN in the state of Tennessee
  • Pediatric experience a plus
  • CPR certification
