As an Central Scheduler at Special Kids, you will have the opportunity to work alongside individuals who are passionate about serving others. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient scheduling of patients at the Nursing and Therapy Center as well as for greeting and welcoming patient families at Special Kids.

- Full-time (40 hours)
Check patients in and out through electronic medical records.
Assist with confirming, cancelling, and rescheduling patient appointments.
Operate office equipment, such as fax machines, copiers, scanners, or phone systems and arrange for repairs when equipment malfunctions.
Answer multi-line telephone system and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
Greet visitors or callers and handle their inquiries or direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs.
High school diploma or GED, or medical office experience and/or training.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office software. Working knowledge of HIPAA and electronic medical records is a plus.
