“We are extremely honored to have been selected as a Chick-fil-A True Inspiration Award regional finalist,” says Chris Truelove, Special Kids Executive Director. “We would like to sincerely thank Chick-fil-A Murfreesboro for nominating us and for their support and to everyone in advance who will vote for us. The award money will be used to continue providing life-changing therapy and nursing services to families who would not otherwise be able to afford them.”
Special Kids was nominated for this year’s True Inspiration Award by Beau Noblitt, the Owner and Operator of the Chick-fil-A Murfreesboro in Murfreesboro, TN; the city in which Special Kids is located.
“I've always been drawn to Special Kids because of their mission to impact the lives of children and families. Our organizations are very similar in that regard,” shares Beau. “We nominated Special Kids not only because of their mission but because of the way they pour themselves out fully for the children. When you spend time at the Special Kids campus, there is an undeniable sense of true love and commitment to changing lives. Please help us and vote with your Chick-fil-A app as we seek this amazing grant for a truly worthwhile cause in our community.”
The Chick-fil-A True Inspiration Awards are inspired by the life and generosity of the late founder of Chick-fil-A, S. Truett Cathy.
